    Options 2 - Passive Investor

    Earn fixed, predictable returns — completely hands-off.


    Lend capital to a PortfolioBuilt-managed project and enjoy a secured, reliable income without the day-to-day involvement.


    You earn:

    • Typically 6–10% fixed annual return
    • Paid monthly, quarterly, or at project exit
